Soothing Herbal Bath

This blend of herbs can be healing to the skin. It can be used for postpartum baths, sitz baths, facial steams, herbal baths, and in a peri bottle for postpartum healing, or in a bath for a mama whose body needs healing.

These herbs promote healing and can help encourage collagen production, wound-healing, emotional support when sniffed, and soothing relief.

To use, steep a heaping cup of herbs in 4 cups of boiling water. When cooled, use it as a sitz bath or add to a larger bath.

Strain loose herbs with a sieve to keep them from going into the drain.

Contains enough herbs for approximately 5 full baths.
