INGREDIENTS: (all organic or wildcrafted)

Nettles - are rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, protein and other nutrients. Nettles are anti-inflammatory and have anti-allergenic properties which help support the body with the spring blooms.

Oatstraw - is a mineralizer and mild nervine. Its nutritive and gentle calming qualities make it a great gentle herb for the body.

Alfalfa - brings a rich source of vitamins, minerals, trace minerals and other nutrients. It is a blood purifier and helps aid in mineral deficiencies.

Red Raspberry Leaf - aids in the oxygenation of the cells, strengthens the uterine muscles, and helps to relieve and prevent morning sickness.

Lemon Balm - is great for supporting immunity and also helps ease sadness and depression, calm the heart, enhance sleep, and aid in memory and concentration.
