Organic Wool fiber is naturally resistant to bacteria, mites, and even water. Wool is a natural barrier to keep baby dry and comfortable. It has a high frequency which makes it a fiber that supports the body. Wool has been said to support good sleep patterns and overall health in the body. The natural lanolin (a waxy substance that coast the wool strands) has anti-inflammatory properties and helps to make the wool water-resistant. Wool fibers are hollow, which means they can help wick away moisture.
Use between a fitted sheet and mattress or futon, or by itself. The felted pad is thicker and can be used as a changing mat on the go ro at home! The oval and rectangle mats are more of a wool fabric feel, whereas the felted pad is thicker!
Washing instructions: Hand rinse using cool water. Use very little if any mild detergent, lay flat to dry.
