For those with worrying thoughts, valerian may be supportive in calming the mind.

We offer our highly anticipated Magnesium Butters as Masala Chai and Lavender options. Both are herbal infusions to get the delicious scent without any oils added. This is our reformulation for the perfect buttery texture.

Maitake is a mushroom that has been commonly used to support stomach ailments, the spleen, and the immune system, and has also been used to help calm the mind. Maitake has been shown in studies and trials to possibly induce ovulation in women with insulin resistance or PCOS. Maitake also has anti-cancer actions. It has been shown in studies to support slowing tumor growth. It has also been shown to help modulate blood sugar levels and cholesterol levels. The actions in Maitake may support overall vitality and health, hormonal health, PCOS, menopause, and more.

Ginger is a warming and stimulating root that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. It prefers the digestive tract and may support healthy digestion, ease all forms of nausea and motion sickness, support gassy colic, and provide support during menstruation by promoting a healthy flow and offering relief for cramps. It may help warm the body from its core and support healthy circulation which may also help the brain work through ‘stuck’ thought patterns. Ginger may also ease joint discomfort, promote respiratory wellness, and help maintain a balanced inflammatory response. Ginger is know to be warming and drying and offers warmth to the womb, stomach, extremities, mind, and body overall.

My signature springtime tallow creation is back for the season. Last drop was more limited but is relaunching in April with more stock available! This will restock from now through the end of May.

“Spring” is made with grass fed tallow, organic cold-pressed jojoba oil, and beeswax. It is slowly infused with reishi mushrooms, marshmallow root, vanilla beans, and pink rose petals, all wildcrafted or organic. It is a beautifully creamy whip that —hear me out—has a texture reminiscent of cheesecake in the BEST of ways. It was formulated with the seasonal transition in mind. Our skin is adjusting after the cold winter days, and might need some extra love in the form of mushrooms, saturated fats, and beeswax to lock all of that moisture in.

This whip smells light and warm, like a slice of cheesecake (I know, I know), or a walk in a garden with a hint of rose at the end.
