AUTUMNAL TEA
Another yummy blend from Nicole at Dancing Fern Folk Apothecary! I asked her to create some cozy autumn drinks and she came through!
This tea comes in an amber jar and has 1 ounce of drink mix in it, which is enough for around 16-18 servings servings depending on how strong you like your tea
The mixture contains lemon balm, hawthorn leaves and berries, dried apple, orange peel, cinnamon, cloves
Steep a heaping teaspoonful in 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and allow to steep for 5-8 minutes, then strain and enjoy! You can sweeten with honey, sugar, or sweetener of choice if desired, and could also steep in apple juice to give it a cozy apple cider flavor.

HAWTHORN LEAVES AND BERRIES
Strongly supports heart health, has antioxidant benefits, and may help to reduce high blood pressure.
